Mr. Hwang is an organizer, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Sunny Seafoods, Inc., a wholesaler seafood distributor managing business between the United States, China and Russia.

Sang Yul Kim / Chairman Emeritus, Chair of Compensation Committee
Mr. Kim is the retired founder, owner, Chairman and retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Active Frontier International, inc., an importer and wholesaler of sportswear.

Monica M. Yoon / Chair of Investment & ALCO
Ms. Yoon is a retired pharmacist and a professional investment manager. Ms. Yoon was a founder of Center Financial Corporation, one of the largest Korean-American banks in the United States, and a former Director for nearly 20 years.

Peter C. Ha, CPA/ Chair of Planning Committee
Mr. Ha is a founder and partner of Chun & Ha LLP, an accounting firm serving primarily Korean-owned businesses in the metropolitan New York area.

Jong S. Yoon / Chair of Compliance Committee
Mr. Yoon is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cenko International, Inc., a buying agent for women's fashion apparel.

Warren A. Mackey / Chair of Audit Committee
Mr. Mackey is founder and sole shareholder of Arles Advisors Inc, which is the managing general partner of Arles Partners LP and Homestead Partners LP, two private investment partnerships specializing in the financial services industry. Mr. Mackey is a former Director of Center Financial Corporation, one of the largest Korean-American banks in the United States.

Hong Sik Hur / President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hur is President and Chief Executive Officer of BankAsiana with over 30 years of banking experience.

In Jin Choi / Chair of Loan Committee
Mr. Choi is founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of NUVICO, Inc., a provider of digital video surveillance products worldwide. Prior to organizing NUVICO in 2002, Mr. Choi was founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Tape Company for a period of over seven years, one of the five largest industrial tape manufacturers in North America. Mr. Choi started his professional career as a banker at Citibank's Seoul Branch from 1982 to 1986. Mr. Choi achieved a Bachelor of Art degree from Seoul National university in 1980 and a Master of Management degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in 1982.
